3rd annual NorWALK for Mental Health: Walk + Wellness Fair

"NorWALK for Mental Health: Walk + Wellness Fair"! (Rain date May 11th!)

From 9am-12pm: Come any time! Be sure to check in at registration first (look for the balloon arch).

Visit our 8 Dimensions of Wellness fair, make art & ceramics, do laughter yoga, practice boxing and river rowing, and more - while enjoying tunes by DJ Raneesha Banks.

47 organizations will be present with fun activities for all ages and providing resources such as free health checkups, check-up from the neck up, parenting resources, Narcan, literacy, financial planning assistance, and more.

At 10:30, join some yoga & then hear local community members & the mayor speak about the importance of mental health.

At 11:15, show your support for the cause with our short (1.5 mile) awareness walk!

Wrap up afterward by visiting the labyrinth behind St Paul's on the Green, or by grabbing a burger from the Ringside food truck!
This event recognizes both Mental Health Awareness Month and National Prevention Week.
