Priority Plan for Youth Mental Wellbeing in Norwalk

The 2026 Priority Plan is the result of a community-led effort to support youth mental well-being in Norwalk. This plan was created through a multi-sector, grassroots process involving youth, parents, city leaders, and community organizations. Using local data and lived experiences, the group developed a vision, priorities, and action steps to serve as a city-wide roadmap for improving youth mental well-being across Norwalk. Join an implementation team!

We have formed Implementation Teams for each of the 6 identified priority areas. ANY community member or agency that wants to see positive change happen is welcome to join the Team that fits your interests/expertise best! Reach out to Anamilena Moreno Lonergan from the Norwalk ACTS Social-Emotional Health (SEH) Initiative to be added to one of the teams.
