4th annual NorWALK for Mental Health: Walk and Wellness Fair
Mark your calendars for our 4th annual "NorWALK for Mental Health: Walk + Wellness Fair"! Once again we're planning to kick off mental health awareness month & national prevention week on the 1st Saturday of May.
This year we'll have prizes for the schools and student clubs that bring the most participants to enjoy this amazing, fun, social, activity- and resource-filled day!
Sign-ups are open! RSVP below to sign up to attend or to have a table.

Save a Life Day: Overdose Prevention & Narcan Training

Save a Life Day is a collaborative initiative of local health departments across the state, aimed at creating public awareness about the overdose crisis and how to respond. Norwalk Health District, Norwalk Housing Authority, and Positive Directions are partnering to provide this free training at NHA's new EnVision Center. The Narcan(TM) is provided by DMHAS via Catalyst CT | The Hub. Se habla español.

These chats aim to empower caregivers with knowledge and tools to foster a positive emotional environment. Open to all, with bilingual presenters.

NAMI Southwest CT: Borderline Personality Disorder in Young Adults: What's a Family To Do?

NAMI Southwest CT presents this virtual presentation to hear speaker and board-certified psychiatrist, Dr. Raviv Berlin, address common questions about Borderline Personality Disorder such as what it is; how it impacts young adults and their families; how to treat it; and how family members can support loved ones with it.
NAMI Southwest CT is an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the world's largest grassroots, nonprofit organization aimed at improving quality of life for individuals and their families living with mental health conditions.
