We're surveying Norwalk residents to find out about mental health and substance use in our city and what the needs are of adults and teens. We'll make our findings available and will use them to develop programs to meet the community's needs.

Our survey is being disseminated on Facebook and in collaboration with Norwalk Community Services, Norwalk Public Schools, Norwalk ACTS, the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, and other members of our coalition.
